Footprint
The Footprint is an alert raising device with emergency button. When an alert is raised, it pinpoints the location of the customer and will send the SOS message to up to three pre-agreed mobile phone numbers.

Pendants
When the button is pressed, our pendants will send an alarm to our Response Centre and help will be on its way. The red button pendant is included in the basic package, but can be changed for the black pendant free of charge.

Lifeline units
Our lifeline units connect to the different sensors listed on our website. When a sensor is activated, the lifeline units will make a call to our response centre, who will then take the appropriate action on your behalf. The units come with a pendant which works up to 50 metres away from the device, as part of the basic package.

GSM Alarm
Our GSM alarms work on a roaming sim card which allows emergency calls to be made from the Lifeline alarm where a landline isn’t fitted. The sim card picks up the best network signal in the area and can change network dependent on signal strength. These come complete with a pendant which works up to 50 metres away from the Lifeline unit. Available only with the advanced package.

Epilepsy sensors
Epilepsy sensors will detect tonic-clonic seizures and are fitted discreetly under a mattress. The sensitivity can be adjusted to your individual requirements. If someone experiences a seizure, the sensor will alert the Response Centre or an emergency contact. Some customers want to monitor it themselves and in these cases, pagers and ‘care assists’ are used.

Door exit sensors
Door exit sensors are clever little gadgets that fit to doors and door frames and trigger an alarm to family members or our Response Centre if someone has left a property when it is unsafe for them to do so.

Carbon monoxide detectors
Our carbon monoxide (CO) detectors will automatically raise the alarm with our Response Centre through the Lifeline Alarm when they detect dangerous CO emissions. The response centre will then call the National Grid for help.

Smoke alarms
Our smart smoke alarms will automatically raise the alarm with our Response Centre if they detect smoke. One of our team will contact you through a Lifeline alarm to check you’re ok and alert you to possible fire. If you need help, the Response Centre will contact the Fire Service for you.

Our clever little flood detectors are small, discreet sensors that fit near sinks, baths or toilets and emit a warning sound if they detect water.

Bed and chair sensors
We offer bed and chair sensors which are fitted discreetly to your existing furniture and generate a call to the Response Centre if you do not return to your favourite chair or bed for a while. They can also be linked to motion sensors which will raise an alarm if no motion is detected after a certain length of time. These are ideal for customers who cannot or do not want to wear a falls pendant or emergency button.

Fall pendants
Our range of falls pendants come in various shapes and sizes, including wrist-worn detectors or traditional neck pendants. If they detect a fall, they will automatically send the alarm to our Response Centre and help will be on its way. All of our pendants feature a manual emergency button if you need help, even if you haven’t fallen.
